Our Art Directors are responsible for new ideas and bringing those ideas to life. Ideal candidates combine creativity, craft and, increasingly, technology to engage audiences and make the complicated simple. ADs help the team and clients understand how to best build their brands through and across a range of outputs. Competencies include a combination of the following: business strategy, brand strategy and making things people like.
Role:
- Develop fresh, beautiful and impactful visual work
- Lead teams and projects from pitch to final deliverable
- Be resourceful, quick, and able to collaborate at all levels
- Bring a strong voice and a point-of-view to every project
- Have a global eye for design & typography trends
Requirements:
- You have an exceptional portfolio of work
- You have 5+ years of agency experience and your book demonstrates originality, pixel perfect execution and a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving
- You shine within a collaborative team experience
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- Expert knowledge in Illustrator & Photoshop and
you know how to design for web, mobile and print
