Accounts Receivable Manager

The Accounts Receivable Manager is in charge of managing all communications relating to invoices and incoming bills, and will work with our Accounts Payable Manager & Chief Financial Officer to balance company financial records. Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire accounts receivable process.


  • Work closely with Account Service team processing client invoices
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Organize and maintain records of invoices
  • Receive client payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Prepare quarterly tax reports
  • Prepare monthly time billing reports for Senior Management
  • Prepare quarterly profit reports for Account Service team
  • Post monthly general journal entries as advised by the CFO
  • Support Accounts Payable Manager and CFO as needed

Skill Requirements:

  • Must have experience working with Quickbooks
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Excel/Word & Google Sheets/Docs
  • Ability to accurately process numerical data
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data
  • Accounting/Finance degree or 2-5 years prior experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role
  • Agency experience is a plus
